I have always been a fussy eater! I wouldn’t (and still won’t!) eat food if I doubted the quality of the ingredients, or if I wasn’t happy with the environment I thought it had been prepared in.
When it comes to chocolate why should I or anyone else be any different?! That is why I decided to stand behind my own convictions and create a brand which would be known for delicious chocolates, high quality ingredients and outrageous customer satisfaction and care.
I believe in being able to make a choice, a choice about what we eat and what is in what we eat. Not only should a product look good enough to eat, but its ingredients should be at least worthy of its appearance. By this I mean fresh zest or freshly squeezed juice in our fruit centred chocolates, real vanilla pod or seeds in our vanilla chocolate, freshly grated ginger in our Pacific Spice and fresh cream in all of our chocolates. These are examples of the ingredients we use. To these fresh ingredients we add the finest Belgium chocolate, sugar and alcohol, but only if this is key to the flavour of the Chocolate centre. All of our chocolates have a short shelf life, and that is because they are handmade using these fresh ingredients. I believe you can taste the difference!
Quality of our Chocolate
Our Chocolate is made with the finest Cocoa beans, natural bourbon vanilla and 100% pure cocoa butter.
We have included the use of single origin Chocolates Grenade and Java in our chocolate range. Grenade is a dark chocolate with minimum 60% cocoa solids. It has subtle hints of herbs and flowers. Java is a Milk Chocolate with minimum 32% cocoa solids and has aromas of caramel and vanilla. Both of these single origin chocolates will enhance your taste experience.
